I’m a total mocktail lover, but I always watch those calories! Here are my favorites, packed with flavor and perfect for guilt-free sipping


1. Berry Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • 6 fresh blackberries
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1 fl oz / 30 ml)
  • 1 cup sparkling water (8 fl oz / 240 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar, to taste
  • Ice, to taste

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or stevia, to taste
  • Ice, as desired
Instructions:

Start by blending the pineapple with the coconut milk until you get a smooth mixture. Then, pour the mixture into a glass with ice, add the sparkling water and vanilla extract. To finish, sweeten with honey or stevia if necessary, and stir well before serving.

  • 1/2 cup of mango purée
  • 1/4 cup of passion fruit juice
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or stevia, to taste
  • Ice, as desired
Instructions:

In a glass, mix the mango purée with the passion fruit juice and lemon juice. Then add the honey or stevia and stir well. After that, fill the glass with ice and finish with sparkling water. For a special touch, garnish with lemon or mango slices.

  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or stevia, to taste

Instructions:

Carefully mash the cucumber and basil in a glass. Then, add the lemon juice and sweeten with honey or stevia. Fill the glass with ice and add sparkling water. Don’t forget to give it a good stir to enjoy this refreshing mocktail.


5. Citrus Ginger Orange Mocktail

  • 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or stevia, to taste
  • Ice, as desired
Instructions:

In a glass, mix the orange juice, lemon juice, and grated ginger. Next, add the honey or stevia and stir well. After that, fill the glass with ice and top it off with sparkling water. Don’t forget to stir well before serving, and if you like, garnish with orange or lemon slices.

  • 1 cup of watermelon cubes
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

First, blend the watermelon until you get a smooth purée. Then, in a glass, mix the purée with the mint leaves, lemon juice, and honey or stevia. Fill the glass with ice and top it off with sparkling water. Stir well before serving!

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of dried lavender flowers
  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or stevia, to taste

First, make a lavender infusion: boil 1/4 cup of water, add the lavender flowers, let it steep for 5 minutes, and strain. In a glass, mix the infusion with the lemon juice and honey or stevia. Then, fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water. Don’t forget to stir well before serving.

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sparkling water

Instructions:

First, blend the strawberries with the coconut water until smooth. In a glass with ice, add the lemon juice, the strawberry mixture, and sweeten with honey or stevia if needed. Top with sparkling water and stir well.

In a glass, mix the pomegranate juice, orange juice, and lemon juice. Add honey or stevia and stir well. Fill the glass with ice and top it off with sparkling water. Don’t forget to stir well before serving, and garnish with an orange slice if desired.

  • 1/4 cup of cucumber juice (blend and strain a small cucumber)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 cup of sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey or stevia, to taste
  • Ice, as desired
Instructions:

In a glass, mix the pineapple juice, cucumber juice, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Add honey or stevia to taste and stir well. Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water. Stir before serving, and garnish with a cucumber or pineapple slice for an extra touch.
